Peter Newland BA DipArch RIBA

Peter qualified in 1981 and became a Partner of Arturus in 2000, before which he was Partner in Rawlings & Newland from 1990 with responsibility for many successful healthcare projects including the £5m Green Lane Hospital development in Devizes.

His wide experience includes residential, office and retail developments as well as projects in the healthcare sector. He has an approach to design based on listening to, and working closely with clients in order to develop imaginative solutions which fulfil the clients' aspirations.

He has carried out various projects for the National Blood Service, the provision of residential care homes, numerous Hospital refurbishment and extension schemes in the Bristol/Bath area, as well as private developer housing and housing association projects. He has designed a number of new PFI hospitals including Savernake Hospital in Marlborough.

Peter is a member of the RIBA and a qualified Planning Supervisor. He also provides Access Consultancy advice in connection with the Disability Discrimination Act.
