Crews Hole, Bristol

Arturus Architects carried out the detailed design of a residential development of 67 one and two bed flats on a steeply sloping side near the River Avon in central Bristol. Three of the blocks were built to local housing association and sustainable homes standards. The development was designed to complex geometries to follow the contours of the site and make the most of the views out. The flats are finished in a mixture of render and timber cladding with metal standing seam roofs and balconies facing the views to the south.
