Liz has been a fully qualified architect since 1999, when she worked in Edinburgh for jmarchitects. During her time with that firm she moved to the London office and was appointed Design Director, taking a lead role in education projects such as the Building Schools for the Future Programmes in Lambeth, Walthamstow and Tower Hamlets.

Liz moved to Bristol in 2011 and was appointed Associate at Arturus Architects LLP in 2013 where she has delivered projects for the likes of Weston College, University Hospitals Bristol NHS Trust, SS Great Britain Trust and private residential developers.

Liz has experience in a wide range of sectors including retail, hotels, housing, early years education, health care, masterplanning and community projects. Liz is a clear thinker and problem solver and her skill at listening to the client’s brief ensures she delivers appropriate, creative and imaginative design solutions.

Liz and her family live in Clevedon, where she can be found either happily pottering in the garden or singing with her local choir and a capella group.
