The regeneration of an area of Stokescroft, dubbed as ‘Crack Alley’, is in its early stages of design with Arturus Architects, appointed by Crescent Property Development Ltd, setting out new proposals to transform the site into a mixed development of 56 student flats , 9 private homes for rent, workshops/studios for startup enterprises and small, retail units. These proposals have just gone out to public consultation, although due to current COVID19 restrictions this is via an online format.
